Quote of the Day: “A person’s a person, no matter how small.” Dr Seuss
Evening:
Yesterday’s evening class was hosted by a photographer called David Tatnall. He showed us some of the pictures he has taken as well as a little about how he got into photography. He also told us a few techniques you can use to take pictures – such as changing shutter speed, focusing on different areas of the picture you want to take, and making sure to use some ‘size references’ like a person, to indicate the size of the object you are taking.
This presentation has gotten me quite excited for our photography lesson – which is sometime soon – and being able to take pictures of my own with better technique.
Today:
For morning class today, we had Passport Publishing and Catching up. This lesson, we managed to work on a few things in our Weeblys and passports, to make sure that everything was up-to-date. I had quite a bit to catch up on, and I still have a little left, but I will be able to finish it in a short amount of time.
Our afternoon class was CLP (lesson 4). Here we managed to make the majority of our ‘Master Plan’ which is a document that explains to the reader what our CLP is, how we came across the idea, and how we hope to accomplish it. It was a very productive session, and I am sure we will be able to finish the whole document by next lesson.
Thankful Thursday:
The top three things I am thankful for are:

The top three things I am thankful for are:
- Having the opportunity to do all the activities I get to do here with a supportive group of people
- Being able to do such a helpful transitioning program for our home school, and surrounding primary schools
- Being able to develop as a person, and build on skills I can use in the future.
